The WPRC32CSP combines a 32A C Curve Type A RCBO and Type 2 surge protection in an IP65 plastic enclosure. The RCBO provides overcurrent and residual-current protection, while the SPD protects against transient overvoltages.
WCED specifies this standard WPRC range for EV charging equipment whose smooth residual DC current remains below 6mA. The Type A RCBO detects AC and pulsating DC residual currents; this does not establish a built-in 6mA smooth-DC trip function. Check the charger's required DC-fault protection before selecting the kit.
