Does this enclosure come with breakers installed?
No, this is an empty chassis. It is designed to be populated with your choice of MCBs, Type A RCBOs, or other compatible devices.
Is this enclosure suitable for EV installations?

What protection rating does it have?

Yes, both neutral and earth bars are supplied with the enclosure. For larger distribution, consider the 125A 3 Phase Distribution Board.
