Housed in a heavy-duty steel enclosure, it provides a clean, compliant solution for domestic incomers, garage feeds, or small commercial sub-mains where a fused isolator is required.
Installer Tip: Use the WFMS100 as a mains switch-fuse upstream of a consumer unit or EV distribution board. It gives you a convenient point of isolation, protects meter tails, and helps achieve discrimination with downstream RCBOs or RCDs.

This entry-level WFMS100 model provides the same robust steel housing and DIN-compliant components as the higher-spec variants, giving installers a consistent foundation for any switch-fuse or surge-protected setup.
What’s included with the WFMS100?
The unit includes a 100 A main switch and a single 22 × 58 fuseholder (accepts 63 A–100 A cartridge fuses sold separately). It arrives pre-assembled and ready to mount.
Can I add surge protection later?
Yes – if SPD protection is required, use the WFMS100/3FSP which includes a Type 2 SPD for 18th Edition compliance.
Is the enclosure earthed?
Yes – the steel body and lid are pre-bonded via an earth strap to ensure continuity. Always verify bonding during inspection and testing.
Can this replace a meter isolator?
It can – the WFMS100 acts as a fused isolator offering better fault protection than a standard 100 A meter isolator. Ideal for sub-main feeds or garage units.
Is it suitable for three-phase applications?
No – this model is single-phase only. For three-phase boards use the WFMS/3P.
