The WPEVCU32CSP is a weatherproof IP65 EV connection unit fitted with a 32A C Curve MCB, 100A isolator, and integrated Type 2 Surge Protection Device (SPD). The 32A C curve MCB is designed for circuits with higher inrush currents — such as EV chargers with power electronics, solar PV inverters, or other inductive loads. Its compact design makes it a versatile solution for both residential and light commercial installs.
Installer Tip: Use the 32A C Curve variant where equipment generates higher start-up currents (e.g. chargers with active front ends). The C curve prevents nuisance tripping while maintaining full circuit protection.
