The WMEV225B is a 2-way A-Type RCBO EV Kit fitted with a 25 A B-curve high-immunity Type A RCBO. It provides combined overload, short-circuit and earth-leakage protection (30 mA AC + 6 mA DC) to 18th Edition Amendment 2 standards – ready for modern EV installations demanding high-integrity circuit isolation.
This variant suits chargers drawing around 5–6 kW or light-commercial units with moderate supply diversity. It arrives pre-assembled in a robust 2-way steel enclosure for quick on-site installation and testing.
Installer Tip: 25 A B-curve models offer a sweet spot between domestic and commercial load profiles. They’re ideal for 5–6 kW EV chargers where inrush currents are low-to-moderate. For heavier units or transformer inputs, switch to a C-curve variant.
