The WMKPME08/SP-C40 is a metal PME fault detection consumer unit with a 40A C Curve MCB. It combines supply-voltage monitoring with overload and short-circuit protection for a suitably designed EV charging circuit.

The MCB does not provide residual-current protection. The installer must establish the required RCD and DC leakage protection for the charge point and circuit. If surge protection is required, please contact Power & Data UK to confirm the SPD fitted to this exact model before ordering.

  • PME monitoring for 230V and 240V supplies.
  • Disconnects live, neutral and earth when the specified abnormal supply-voltage condition is detected.
  • IP40 metal enclosure for an appropriate indoor location.
  • Enclosure dimensions: 232mm wide × 240mm high × 112mm deep.
  • 10-module enclosure capacity; this does not mean ten spare outgoing circuits.
