The WMEPME12/LBK PME Fault Detection Consumer Unit is the largest model in the range, a 12-module steel enclosure combining a 4 Pole 63A Type A RCBO, Type 2 SPD, PME load balancing relay, and an integrated kWh meter. It provides full PEN fault detection, surge protection, and automatic load management while also giving accurate energy monitoring of connected EV circuits. Fully compliant with BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition, Amendment 2), it eliminates the need for an earth rod and meets all DNO and inspection requirements for modern EV installs.
This is the all-in-one choice for EV charger installations where PEN protection, surge resilience, demand control, and energy metering are all required in a single pre-wired board.
