The WER32C-030 is a 32A C Curve High Immunity Type A RCBO built for EV chargers, motors, heat pumps, and solar PV systems. It provides full overload, short-circuit, and 30mA residual current protection, with high immunity electronics to reduce nuisance tripping in inverter-based or noisy electrical environments.
With double pole disconnection and bi-directional wiring, this RCBO is fully compliant with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Amendment 2) and suited for both residential and commercial installations.
Installer Tip: Choose the C Curve where circuits have high inrush current such as EV charge points, solar inverters, or motor loads. For lower inrush domestic circuits, use the B Curve version.
Key Features
- 32A C Curve Type A RCBO – overload + earth leakage protection

When should I use a 32A C Curve RCBO?
It’s suited for heavier duty circuits with higher inrush current, such as EV chargers, solar inverters, or motor-driven systems.
What makes this a high immunity RCBO?
It resists nuisance trips caused by harmonics, switching surges, or transient voltages common in solar and inverter-heavy environments.
Is it suitable for EV installs?
Yes – the 32A C Curve is widely used in EV circuits where inrush loads are present. For PME systems, add a PME Fault Detection Unit.
Does this device isolate both poles?
Yes – full double pole disconnection ensures safe and compliant fault isolation.
