The WECRC40 is a compact RCD upgrade unit pre-fitted with a 40A 30mA RCD inside a 2-module plastic enclosure. Designed for retrofitting where existing consumer units lack integrated RCD protection, it provides reliable earth leakage fault protection without requiring a full board replacement.
Ideal for domestic circuits, extensions, and small sub-mains, this unit is quick to install and includes tamper-proof seal screws for compliance. Compact dimensions make it suitable for tight spaces, while surface mounting ensures easy integration into upgrade or add-on applications.
Installer Tip: Choose the 40A model for standard domestic subcircuits. For higher-load installs, step up to the 63A version.
