The WME10/HP40R25 10 Way Heat Pump Consumer Unit is a pre-wired heat pump protection board for inverter-driven heat pump systems. It is supplied with Type B HP RCD protection, Type 2 surge protection, a 25A MCB, 3 x 16A RCBOs and a 100A main switch.

It comes pre-fitted with a 40A Type B RCD, a 25A MCB, 3 x 16A RCBO's, 100A Main Switch and a 2-pole Type 2 SPD, giving full compliance with BS 7671:2018+A2:2022. This ensures both surge protection and correct RCD specification for renewable installs.

Installer Note: Whitecliffe’s heat pump range uses Type B HP RCD protection for inverter-driven heat pump systems where smooth DC and high-frequency residual currents may be present. Always confirm final protective device requirements against the heat pump manufacturer’s specification.
