The WFD132B-030 is a 32A, B Curve Arc Fault Detection (AFDD) RCBO, combining arc fault detection, 30mA Type A residual current protection, short-circuit, and overload protection in one compact unit. Fully compliant with BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition), it offers a reliable fire-safe solution for demanding circuits.
Unlike standard RCBOs, this AFDD model features advanced microprocessor-driven arc detection technology. It continuously analyses waveforms and trips when worn insulation, loose terminals, or appliance faults generate dangerous arcs. Both live and neutral conductors are isolated instantly for maximum circuit safety.
Installer Tip: The 32A AFDD RCBO is suited for high-demand appliance circuits, small distribution setups, and final circuits supplying sockets in commercial or rental properties.
