Description
The WME1880TR/SP Twin RCD Metal Consumer Unit is an 18-module split-load board supplied with a 100A main switch, two 80A RCDs, and a factory-fitted Type 2 Surge Protection Device (SPD). It provides 10 usable ways for circuit protection and ensures compliance with Amendment 2, making it an excellent choice for domestic and light commercial installs where surge protection is required (e.g. EV or solar circuits).
Installer Tip: This model combines twin RCD protection with a built-in Type 2 SPD, saving space and install time. Ideal for sites with EV chargers, heat pumps, or other surge-sensitive loads.

Installation notes
The WME1880TR/SP is supplied pre-fitted with main switch, RCDs, and SPD. Final circuit protection (MCBs/RCBOs) must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with BS 7671 and site requirements.
