The WCED WPF13 13A weatherproof switched fused spur provides a fused connection and local on/off control for suitable fixed outdoor equipment. Its IP66 enclosure makes it a practical choice where a hardwired connection needs protection from dust and water.
Choose it for a specified garden-lighting or outdoor-appliance circuit that needs a fused connection rather than a plug socket. Your electrician should match the fuse and circuit protection to the equipment; the 13A unit rating is not a recommendation to use a 13A fuse for every load.
A practical connection point for fixed equipment
- Switch, fuse holder and indicator together: local control and fused connection in one wall-mounted accessory.
- IP66 enclosure: dust and water protection when installed and closed in accordance with the supplied instructions.
- Polycarbonate housing with a latching lid: a protective cover over the accessory for outdoor use.
- Cable-entry options on all four sides: removable blanking caps help the installer plan the cable route.
