The WRT106B-030 is a 6A B Curve Type A RCBO providing combined residual current and overcurrent protection in one compact device. It features switched live and neutral disconnection for full isolation, bi-directional operation for solar PV and inverter-fed circuits, and a high immunity design to minimise nuisance tripping.
Tested to IEC/EN 61009-1, this RCBO meets the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Amendment 2) and is suitable for domestic lighting, small socket circuits, and renewable applications.
Installer Tip: The B Curve is ideal for domestic lighting or small loads with low inrush current. For motors, EV chargers, or circuits with high inrush, use the C Curve version.

What’s the difference between A-Type and AC-Type RCBOs?
A-Type RCBOs detect both AC faults and pulsating DC leakage, making them essential for EV chargers, solar inverters, and modern electronic appliances.
Is this RCBO suitable for domestic boards?
Yes – it fits standard consumer units and complies with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Does it fully isolate the circuit?
Yes – switched live and neutral ensure safe disconnection of both conductors.
What is the benefit of high immunity?
High immunity reduces nuisance trips caused by harmonics, transients, or noisy loads, especially in inverter-based systems.
