The WMPV-1S1 is an IP65 metal solar string combiner box designed for single-string solar PV installations requiring enhanced enclosure durability. Rated for 1000V DC systems, it provides safe string termination, surge protection, and local DC isolation in one factory-configured unit.
Supplied complete with a DC rotary isolator and Type 2 DC surge protection device (SPD), this combiner box protects inverter electronics from transient overvoltage while allowing safe disconnection for maintenance. The metal enclosure provides improved mechanical protection, making it suitable for exposed or commercial environments.
