The WKC440C is a 40A 4 pole 10kA Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) designed for three-phase + neutral protection. With its C Curve trip profile, it is built for inductive load circuits such as motors, pumps, HVAC systems, EV chargers, and commercial lighting in three-phase boards, EV installations, and solar PV setups.
Rated to 10kA breaking capacity, the WKC440C provides safe overload and short-circuit protection while ensuring complete neutral isolation. It is DIN-rail mounted, bi-directional, and compliant with BS 7671 (18th Edition).
Installer Tip: A 40A C Curve is widely used for larger inductive loads such as HVAC compressors, pumps, and EV distribution panels. Ensure that prospective fault current does not exceed 10kA.
