The WKC250C is a 50 A 2 Pole 10 kA Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) designed for high-demand single-phase or split-load circuits with moderate inrush current. With a C-curve tripping profile, it provides reliable protection for plant equipment, heating systems, and heavy lighting circuits where initial surge current may exceed B-curve thresholds.
Built for safety and performance, this 2-pole MCB disconnects both live conductors simultaneously to comply with BS EN 60898-1. Its compact 36 mm housing fits any 35 mm DIN rail, suitable for consumer units, industrial enclosures, and commercial distribution boards.
Installer Tip: A 50 A C-curve MCB offers the best balance for circuits with higher startup loads — for example, industrial heaters or control panels. For heavier mechanical loads such as compressors, move to the D-curve version.
