The WRN16C-030 is a 16A Type A RCBO with a C-curve tripping characteristic, supplied in a compact single-module, 2-pole design. It combines residual current (RCD) and overcurrent (MCB) protection in one device, detecting AC and pulsating DC leakage currents. With a switched neutral included, it ensures complete disconnection of live and neutral conductors during a fault, helping installers meet BS 7671 (18th Edition) compliance.
Installer Tip: Choose a C-curve RCBO when circuits have higher inrush currents — for example, small motors, pumps, or refrigeration equipment. A B-curve device may nuisance trip under these conditions.
