EV & Heat Pump Compatible Units
Many of our consumer units are engineered for modern inverter-driven equipment such as electric vehicle chargers and heat pumps. These units provide the correct RCD/RCBO pairing and allow straightforward integration of surge protection and PME fault-disconnection solutions.
Choosing a Future-Proof Board
When selecting a consumer unit, it’s advisable to allow headroom for additional circuits and future upgrades. EV chargers, outdoor supplies, loft conversions and kitchen renovations can all require extra ways, making 6–8 way units the preferred choice for new installs.
