The WKC406C is a 6A 4 pole 10kA Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) designed for three-phase + neutral protection. With its C Curve trip characteristic, it is suited to inductive load circuits such as motors, HVAC, and commercial distribution boards in three-phase systems, EV charging units, and solar PV setups.
Built with a 10kA breaking capacity, the WKC406C provides overload and short-circuit protection while disconnecting all live phases and the neutral. It is DIN-rail mounted, bi-directional, and fully compliant with BS 7671 (18th Edition).
Installer Tip: Use a C Curve breaker where moderate inrush currents are expected — such as with fluorescent lighting, small motors, or EV charger sub-circuits. Always confirm that the prospective fault current does not exceed 10kA.
