Is this gland waterproof?
Yes – the GTG3225 is IP68 rated, making it resistant to dust and water ingress when correctly installed. It’s especially useful alongside outdoor-ready boards such as the 8 Way IP65 EV Connection Unit.
Where is it typically used?
On consumer units, isolator boxes, and meter enclosures where 25mm tails are specified. Often combined with a meter isolator for safe supply isolation.
Why not just drill a hole?
