What’s the difference between the 3 Pole and 5 Pole auto-reset MCBs?
The 3 Pole WARD3100C is designed for three-phase loads only. The WARD5100C adds neutral and earth monitoring, making it fully PME fault-protected – ideal for EV and renewable installs.

Yes – it’s built for EV charger boards and solar/renewable installs where PME safety, voltage monitoring, and automatic reset functionality are required.
Does it reset automatically?
Yes. It automatically restores supply after under-voltage conditions. After an over-voltage trip, manual reset is required to comply with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Can this replace a standard MCB?
It can replace standard MCBs in compatible three-phase boards, but is recommended where continuous supply, PME protection, and voltage monitoring are essential.
