These WCED plastic meter isolator enclosures provide a compact, secure housing for main switches, RCDs, RCBOs, and other protective devices. Available in 2-way and 4-way sizes, they are designed for tight-space installations while maintaining easy access for servicing and inspection.
Each enclosure is supplied with a 3-part tamper-resistant seal and screw-fixed lids for added safety. Rated IP20, they are suitable for indoor use in domestic and light commercial environments. WEC isolator enclosures are increasingly specified by supply authorities as part of standard metering and isolation arrangements.

What’s the difference between the WEC2 and WEC4?
The WEC2 is a 2-way (2 module) enclosure, while the WEC4 is a 4-way version with extra space for RCBOs or RCDs alongside a main switch.
Are these enclosures lockable?
They feature a 3-part tamper seal system for security, but they are not padlock lockable. For padlockable solutions, see our rotary isolator range.
What devices will fit inside?
They are compatible with WCED main switches, RCDs, and RCBOs, as well as most devices with a standard DIN module footprint.
Where can I use these?
