The WRS4P40DC is a 40A 4 pole DC rotary isolator rated up to 1000V DC. It is engineered for solar PV arrays, inverter connections, and battery storage systems where safe, reliable disconnection of high-voltage direct current is required.
Housed in a rugged IP65-rated weatherproof enclosure, this isolator is suitable for mounting outdoors or alongside renewable energy equipment. The red/yellow rotary handle gives clear ON/OFF status and includes a padlock option to secure the switch in the OFF position during service.
Installer Tip: Use the 40A model for larger PV strings or heavier battery storage circuits where a 32A isolator is insufficient. Always position DC isolators as close to the PV or battery source as possible.
